Bookings must be made in advance via Tenant Relations at Basement 2 Lobby or online booking
Online bookings for all courts are available to all Residents
Bookings are allowed for a maximum of one slot per day for a maximum of two hours per slot
Advance online bookings will be allowed at the earliest three days before the playing date
Bookings for hitting partners must be made in advance
Bookings for ball boys must be made in advance
All bookings are non transferable
Residents who are unable to turn up for their booked session must inform the Tenant Relations one hour before the playing time
The booking hours will be forfeited after a 15-minute grace period in case of no turn-ups, and the Building Management shall be at liberty to assign the slot to another Resident
The Building Management has the sole discretion to reserve the use of any of the facilities for purposes of organized or regular activities intended for the common patronage of the Owners or Residents as part of the community building activity
General Rules
Smoking, food, beverages, drugs or alcohols are not allowed in the court area
All players must be in proper attire and footwear for the game
Residents must bring their valid access cards to enter the facility for identification before using the court
Residents will be held responsible for any damage caused on their own. Any damage caused by previous players must be reported immediately to the Tenant Relations before commencing the game
Players must vacate the court when their session ends
Only coaches appointed by the Building Management are permitted to conduct coaching lesson on the court
